Brad started out undertaking small projects and carpentry, doing the hands on work during the day, and completing estimates and office work in the evenings and on weekends. The projects kept getting larger and more complicated. Art took an early retirement from Westinghouse in 1980 and joined the firm full time, assuming the office duties.
In 1982, both Keith Germershausen and Bob Moreland joined the firm. In 2017 they celebrated a thirty-five years of providing Lundberg customers with A Better Building Experience. Keith manages projects in the field, and Bob provided in-house design services. Lundberg continues to employ a talented, loyal and dedicated staff, many having been with us for ten to thirty-five plus years.
Many Lundberg projects have won awards and been published in magazines. One home, built in 1981, has been published numerous times and a window manufacturer still uses photos of the house in their marketing today. It was recently spotted again on the back cover of an architecture magazine.
Lundberg Builders continues to be successful today with the loyalty, dedication, and talent of its employees and by utilizing state of the art technology.
