Anne Arundel County

This conservation-based community will boast a Nature Walk that will allow you and your family to explore the 55 acres of wetlands and wildlife on the property. It will have a Traditional Neighborhood Design which will include tree-lined streets that are not too wide and generous sidewalks. Other places to meet, play, and relax are the Community Center and Community Pier. The Community Center includes a pool and sundeck, an outdoor pavilion complete with fireplace, complete fitness room, and a club room with a kitchenette.

- Take Route 50 East over the Chesapeake Bay Bridge
- Once over the bridge, travel just 2 ¾ miles and take Exit 39B, Dominion Road
- Turn Right onto Dominion Road
- Turn Right onto Main Street/Route 18, which takes you over Route 50
- Turn Right on Piney Creek Road Directly Across from the Firehouse
- Gibson’s Grant Entrance, a tree-lined drive that leads to the 18th century manor house sales center,
is just ¾ of a mile on your left
