Where We Build

We most commonly work within Anne Arundel, Kent, Queen Anne’s, Talbot, and Caroline Counties.

However, for the right project, we welcome the opportunity to branch out into other areas.

Anne Arundel County

Anne Arundel County is known as the “land of pleasant living.” Nearly 500,000 residents call Anne Arundel County home. The superior quality of life on the Chesapeake Bay, the rich heritage, and proximity to Baltimore and Washington, D.C. make the County a great place to live, work and raise a family.

Kent County

Situated on a scenic peninsula where the Chester and Sassafras rivers meander into the Chesapeake Bay, Kent County has retained its serene beauty despite the passage of time. Locals think of Kent County as "quintessentially rural," and the community displays a grace and fluidity almost unknown in today's hurried marketplace.

Talbot County

ENJOY THE "HAMPTONS OF THE CHESAPEAKE BAY"
The uniqueness of Talbot County belongs to its small towns and their treasury of history, heritage, culture and architecture. Charming historic downtown areas, romantic restaurants and small inns complement the serenity and natural beauty of this county. Isn't it time to escape to Talbot County and explore these extraordinary small towns of St. Michaels, Easton, Oxford, Wye Mills and Tilghman Island?

Queen Anne’s County

Experience the Pride of the Eastern Shore
Queen Anne's County is one of the oldest sites of colonial settlement in the nation. Small towns and communities throughout our scenic landscape welcome you to shop and tour lovingly restored historic sites. Have a taste of small town life where the past and present blend into a charming picture. Each town has a unique flavor, from the waterfront village of Queenstown in the south, to Sudlersville in the north, which is surrounded by the farmland that has sustained the community for three centuries.

It will have a Traditional Neighborhood Design which will include tree-lined streets that are not too wide and generous sidewalks. Other places to meet, play, and relax are the Community Center and Community Pier. The Community Center includes a pool and sundeck, an outdoor pavilion complete with fireplace, complete fitness room, and a club room with a kitchenette.
