About Us

Lundberg Builders was established in 1977 by Brad Lundberg and his father Art. Brad had the building knowledge, and Art, a Westinghouse employee at the time, put up $1,000 in what turned out to be a very good investment.

Brad started out doing small projects and carpentry, doing the hands on work during the day, and completing estimates and office work in the evenings and weekends. The projects kept getting larger and more complicated. Art took an early retirement from Westinghouse in 1980 and joined the firm full time, taking on the office duties.

In 1982, both Keith Germershausen and Bob Moreland joined the firm and in 2007 they celebrated a quarter of a century of providing our customers with A Better Building Experience. Keith manages projects in the field, and Bob brought us in house design services. We continue to employ a talented, loyal and dedicated staff, with many having been with us between ten and twenty five plus years.

Many of the projects that we have completed have won awards and been published in magazines. One home built in 1981 has been published many times and a window manufacturer still uses photos of the house in their marketing today. It was recently spotted again on the back cover of an architecture magazine.
